Ran into this crash after performing an update from 53.0b4 to 56.0b3 (watershed) using the "ko" locale on Windows 10x64. I was using a clean profile.

Tried several times to reproduce this, but it only happened once out ouf ~30 tries.

That stack is very deep, which makes me doubtful that there can be any update code on it; I think this is a non-update-related startup crash. But regardless, there's not going to be anything we can do about a crash in 56.0b3, especially such an intermittent one.
