Hello! I tried searching for a regression range but due to bug's intermittency this is the closest one I can get:
Last good revision: 0dc91d87721bbd95ec2bccd1bfff87f22125ae6d (2019-08-20)
First bad revision: 835d0d9cdae81b3ab583d4ccf7459d00b041fad6 (2019-08-21)
Pushlog:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=0dc91d87721bbd95ec2bccd1bfff87f22125ae6d&tochange=835d0d9cdae81b3ab583d4ccf7459d00b041fad6
Also, I noticed another behavior that is happening on iMac's too: screencast here.
STR:
- Go to cnn.com and scroll the page to make a lot of trackers.
- Open Tracking Content from the Tracking protection panel.
- Scroll the tracker down and up.
- Hover over "Manage protection settings".
AR: The but show visual glitches.
Should I file a new bug on this or maybe it is the same issue like the one catalin posted, but it's more evident due to bug 1573565.

If I had to guess from that regression range I would say it's from bug 1574538. Markus, can you take a look at this? :)
Thanks!

Hi Erica, could you set the priority flag so release owners can make a better decision here?

Looked over Firefox 111.0b4 and 112.0a1 (2023-02-22) on macOS 13.2.1 and it seems this issue is no longer reproducible. Will close it as WFM. Thanks!
