2. Refresh the page
3. Observe the refresh button

• No glitches appear while the page is reloading

• Visual glitches can be observed while the page is reloading

• Reproducible with Fx 71.0; I will provide additional info asap.

[Additional notes]:

• Not reproducible on Chrome
• Other sites affected: bbc.com, spiegel.de

It seams that this issue is not a regression, I can reproduce this glitch way back to Fx 30.0a1, but while on recent builds the issue is always reproducible, on older once is intermittent.

Yes, it is reproducible as well.

This issue is reproducible on Windows 10 with Firefox Nightly version 77.0a1 (2020-04-15) (64-bit)
