Prerequisites:
- Make sure the following preferences are correctly set:
extensions.formautofill.supportedCountries -> CA
extensions.formautofill.available -> on
extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available -> true - A browser restart is required.
- You need to use from Country or Region --- Canada
Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and go to about:preferences#privacy -> "Add New Address".
- Click On "Add", fill in the fields and press "SAVE".
- Go to www.amazon.ca -> buy a product.
- Click on the "Name" - field and from the drop-down select your profile created at step 2.
Expected result
- The State/Province/Region field is populated.
Actual result
- The State/Province/Region field is not populated.
Regression range
- If this is a regression I will try to find it as soon as possible.
Additional notes
- Other doorhangers are populated, this one has an issue.

Couldn't reproduce the issue on:
- 72.0b8 Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 18.04 x64, macOS 10.13, Windows 10 aarch x64
