- Make sure the following preferences are correctly set:
extensions.formautofill.available -> on
extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available -> true - A browser restart is required.
Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox with a new profile and go to about:preferences#privacy -> "Add New Address".
- Click on the "Country or Region" section.
Expected result
- The section is correctly selected.
Actual result
- The border and the doorhanger for the section is broken.
Regression range
- If this is a regression I will try to find it as soon as possible.

- I don't think is related to bug 1600936 because, the issue is reproducing even when you change the "Country or Region".

I don't see any doorhangers in this UI, do you mean the select dropdown/popup? Doorhangers have an arrow/triangle at the top and are also known as arrow panels.

Is this bug a duplicate/reoccurance of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1606342 ?

It seems like that bug 1606342 is a duplicate of this one, because the issue reproduces different for a bunch of countries.
Please look at the attached image.

I am able to reproduce this on Beta 72, but not on Nightly 74.0a1 (2020-01-06). It appears that the fix in 1606342 may have resolved this?

I tried to reproduce the issue using Firefox 73.0b1 and Nightly 74.0a1 on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 18.04 x64 and macOS 10.13, but I was unable to. I think you might be right. This issue seems to be fixed as well.
