Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Enable Devtools
  3. Click on settings and select "Separate Window"
  4. Grab the window and resize it to minimum possible

Expected result

  • The separate window for console has a minimum width

Actual result

  • The separate window for console is shrinked too much

Regression range

  • Will see for a regression

Additional notes

  • The actual issue can be see in the attachment
  • Windows 10 and Ubuntu doesn't allow the user to make the window that small
  • The scrollbars are unusable by mouse

Hello,

Went as far back as Mozilla Firefox 1.5 (2005-12-01) and managed to reproduce the same issue there with the JavaScript Console.

This issue is not a regression.
