Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Enable Devtools
- Access What's new page tab
- Select and drag a link of choice to about:newtab page
Expected result
- The page is not accessed (normal links would only get loaded if dropped in the Megabar) and devtools doesn't refresh
Actual result
- The page is loading and devtools refreshes too

- List elements can be dragged into the page (should load only if dropped in Megabar)
