Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox, access any webpage;
- Open DevTools, Network monitor, click on any request;
- On the headers tab click on the Raw Headers toggle button;
- Click on the space between Response/Request headers and Raw headers;
Expected result
- nothing should happen;
Actual result
- button toggle goes through as per step 3;
Regression range
- Pushlog: URL
- Not a regression, introduced with the buttons being moved to the current area;
- 1495797 looks like the most likely cause;

- attached recording with the issue.
