Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox;
- Using the touch screen TAP on any menu - ex: hamburger menu;
- Swipe on the menu up-down;
Expected result
- dropdown menu remains sticked to the button;
Actual result
- menu is dragged with swipes;
- in some cases a tap action ends up being triggered opening a page/option;
Regression range
- will provide one asap;

A regression window would really help. It's also possible this is a regression in how Windows sends us events, and this started happening with more recent Windows builds, perhaps?

This wasn't an issue with the really old version of the menu.
Another thing noticed was that in order to trigger this issue the menu needed to be scrollable.

As for the [...]a regression in how Windows sends us events[...], it might be a question worth forwarding to any contacts from them.

I was hoping you could test on an older version of Windows 10 and see if you get the same behaviour there.

Managed to get a hold of a device with Windows 8.1 and check on it.
It still reproduces.

I think this is a widget or perhaps APZ issue - that is, I'm pretty sure we have no frontend JS that would move the popup like this. :agashlin, could you take a look?
