Faulty behavior while navigating via keyboard the Protections Panel drop-down with Orca Screen reader activated on Ubuntu

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Accessibility and enable the Screen Reader.
  2. Launch FF.
  3. Go to Reddit.com
  4. Navigate with direction buttons or tab and reach Show Report option.
  5. Press "up" button several times times.

Expected result

  • The highlight moves over all the available options and the narrator reads them as well.

Actual result

  • The highlight only moves until the Protections Settings option, after that , the section freezes and closes itself.

Regression range

  • Not a regresison

Additional notes

  • This issue is not present if the user navigates with the keyboard while NVDA narrator is not activated.
  • This issue is not present on Ubuntu 18.04.

I assume if it is fixed in 18.04, only occurs in 16.04, there is some change in Orca or ATK that fixes the problem. I am a bit unclear what the "directional buttons" are. And since I can't see the screenshot, that doesn't help, either. When is 16.04 (which was an LTS IIRC) reach EOL?

Looks like 16.04 is supported for another year and a half. If it's within our power to fix this, this should go in the backlog.
