Steps to reproduce
- Go to reddit.com and click on the shield icon.
- Observe that the Cross-site cookies are in the blocked section.
- Go to about:preferences#privacy and select the Strict mode.
- Reload all tabs and repeat steps 1 and 2.
Expected result
- The Cross-site cookies are in the Blocked section.
Actual result
- The Cross-site cookies are in the None detected section.
Regression range
- Last good: 2019-08-29
- First bad: 2019-08-30
- Mozregression concluded that Bug 1574111 might have caused the issue
Additional notes
- If the page is refreshed the issue is not reproducing anymore.

I think that's expected, we're not detecting Tracking Cookies anymore because the scripts/resources that could add them were blocked in strict mode.
