Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox;
2. Access Facebook and login with a valid account;
3. Access instant games
   Examples include https://apps.facebook.com/ppearls/ and any game at https://www.facebook.com/instantgames

Expected result

• game loads without any issues;

Actual result

• game stalls in the loading screen, until a page refresh is issued;

Regression range

• Not really a regression since before bug 1580416 the games didn't load and displayed the error message;

• follow up for bug 1580416, as per the initial reported issue the game(s) load

Is this only reproducible the first time, e.g. with a fresh profile or does it reproduce even after you got it to work once?

If the former, then this is probably fixed by bug 1581160.

It reproduces every time, after opening a new tab and loading the game.
After a refresh it's ok in that tab. Opening a new tab and loading the game in it, requires a reload for it to work again.

I cannot reproduce this on any of the versions you indicated, except for beta7, which I had already said in bug 1581160 comment 21 why it happens there. Based on what I know from bug 1580416 and the follow-up work that happened there, this is really fixed.

Note that these games are complex applications loaded over the network, and they may or may not work due to any number of reasons. The only possible reason why they may not work that is related to bug 1580416 is the error message in bug 1580416 comment 0. If you do see the games still not working with that error message, please reopen and include precise steps to reproduce allowing for others on other machines with different Facebook accounts to reproduce it.
