Steps to reproduce

1. Reach http://distribution.bbb3d.renderfarming.net/video/mp4/bbb_sunflower_1080p_60fps_normal.mp4
2. Press the Tab key multiple times.

Expected result

• You can move between elements in the control bar using the Tab key.

Actual result

• You can't select any element from the control bar with the Tab key.

Regression range

• I will return with a regression range ASAP.

Additional notes

• This issue only occurs on Win 10 and the arch64 build.

Upon further investigations you can move and select the between elements in the control bar but the problem is that unless you have a white background under the control bar it is nearly impossible to see as it is a black dotted line of about a pixel width. I attached a screenshot.

I am sorry for this mix-up I will change the summary of this bug to better reflect that this is more of a theme/visual issue.

Reproducible on MAC OS X 10_14_6 using FF nightly 71.0a1 (from 24th of September).

This is not a recent regression I have managed to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 x64 using Firefox 52.0a1 (20161011030212) (2016-10-11).

It was not like a newer regression.
