Mats, is that a noticeable enough feature for web developers to be mentioned in our release notes? If it is, please request an addition to our upcoming release notes (beta release notes ship next Tuesday with our first Firefox public beta) https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management/Release_Notes Thanks!

I added the "Release Notes" label and a suggestion in the Browser Engineering Trello board back in August, so it should be marked in all places now :)

Martin, FYI the canonical place to request a release note addition is not trello, it's bugzilla as this is the tool that release management uses and we are the one doing the Nightly/beta release notes:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management/Release_Notes#How_to_nominate_a_bug_for_release_notes_addition.3F
(Mentions of release notes in Trello are of course welcome, but keeping track of them is easier in a bug tracker)
