Steps to reproduce
- Launch FF.
- Go to https://edition.cnn.com/videos.
- Click on the Site information drop down menu .
- Go to Permissions Autoplay drop-down .
- Click on the drop down and navigate with the keyboard.
Expected result
- Navigating the drop down with the keyboard is done without affecting the position of the drop down itself.
Actual result
- Navigating the dropdown with the keyboard, renders it to change position when the shorter option is highlighted.
