Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox, accees the new tab page;
  2. Pin the tab;
  3. Click on any of the TopSites, Stories, Recommended by pocket tile;

Expected result

  • The page is loaded in the same tab;

Actual result

  • A new tab is open with the redirect link;

I think this is the behavior we want, though. If I pin a tab I don't want to accidentally replace it.
At most maybe it should be configurable by the user in preferences.
