Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox, open the devTools inspector access the code bellow:
data:text/html,<style>body{display: inline;flex-flow: column; }</style>test - Zoom in the DevTools section to max;
- Hover over the inactive elements;
Expected result
- tooltip is properly displayed;
Actual result
- the bottom triangle for the tooltip does not keep the offset to right position from the rectangle;
Regression range
- not a regression;
Additional notes
- attached screenshot with the issue;
- macOS 10.13, Ubuntu 18.04 do not have this issue;
- pref: devtools.inspector.inactive.css.enabled
