Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, DevTools inspector;
2. Open the rules inspector and add ALOT of properties so area becomes scrollable;
3. Scroll up/down really fast;

Expected result

• inspector area or parts of code are not displayed while scrolling;

Actual result

• properties are visible all the time;

Regression range

• doesn't look like a regression;
• in an attempt to find the range if any, builds @ 2015-10-01 had scripts becoming unresponsive while attempting to fill the rules inspector with multiple properties.

Additional notes

• issue reproducible with the HTML inspector as well;
• attached recording with the issue;
• marking it as minor since it's really more of an edge case;

I believe this is async pan zoom so I want to say this is working as intended. Closing as WONTFIX.
