- Right click anywhere on a website.
- Hover up and down over context menu.
Expected result
- No visual glitches appear.
Actual result
- Lines appear under every option after hovering over them.

*Will return with a regression range as soon as time permits.
Additional notes
- This issue is ARM 64 specific.

Hello,
I checked on two ARM 64 laptops, on Fx 68.0 build-2, Fx 67.0.4, Fx 69.0b3 and Fx RC 69.0 with double tapping, double clicking with the mouse and double clicking with the trackpad. I could not reproduce this bug anymore. (sorry for the late reply, i was on PTO)
