  1. Launch Firefox and access https://www.openstreetmap.org/

Expected result

  • no issues occur;

Actual result

  • Following message is displayed in the browser console: " Image corrupt or truncated."
  • checking the linked image, reveals 200x200 chunks from the map (would assume that part is ok);

Regression range

  • will provide one asap if it is needed;

Additional notes

  • 69.0a1 (2019-07-04) not affected;
  • attaching recording with the issue
Has Regression Range: --- → no
Has STR: --- → yes

Updating summary since the preff flip does not influence this issue.

Summary: Setting layers.acceleration.disable to true causes (corupt/truncate)errors to be thrown while zooming on openstreetmap.org → corupt/truncate errors thrown in Browser Console while zooming on openstreetmap.org

I can reproduce the issue on Nightly69.0a1 (20190705064618) Windows10if check "Show Content Messages" in Browser console.

And I can also reproduce the issue on 60.7.2esr.

and also on Firefox24.0. So, I think this is not a regression.

Thank you for the fast input and confirmation!
