Steps to reproduce

1. Access about:addons;
2. CLick on Shockware Flash addon from the list;
3. Click on the Options button/tab;
4. Drag to select the Learn more.... link;
5. Press the TAB key to have the checkbox in focus.

[Expected result]:

• the checkbox is marked as selected;
• active styling applied to it

[Actual result]:

• the active state appears only on hover;

[Regression range]:

• not a regression;
  *as per the range check on bug 1508724, mozregression run where the considered good version did not apear to have the checkbox at all:
