This was broken in generic-worker 15.0.0 release.

This should fix it, and also extends test coverage to macOS multiuser builds too (previously just Windows), for both runTasksAsCurrentUser
as true
and false
(previously just for false
case) and also tests that the task ran as the correct user, rather than just testing that it ran.
