Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox and access any webpage ex: youtube;
2. Right click within the page or the DevTools inspector;
3. Hover over the dropdown menu;
4. Press the Escape key;

Expected result

• Menu is closed, no issues encountered;

Actual result

• The mouse cursor disappears with the menu;

• attached recording with the issue;
• issue(if considered as such) might need to be reassigned to another section/component;
• a similar thing can be encountered on Skype, while in chat after writing something and executing steps 2,3,4 the cursor is no longer displayed;
