[macOS] Draging&Dropping any tab in the tab strip to change its position leaves a random tab in hovered state

Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and open at least 2 tabs.
- Drag&Drop any tab in the tab strip to change its position.
- Observe the other tabs.
Expected result
- All other tabs looks the same.
Actual result
- One of the other tabs has a hovered state.
Regression range
- I will search for a regression range ASAP.
Additional Notes
- Attached screen recording.
- If the mouse is moved after releasing the tab the hovered state is dismissed.
- The issue is also reproducible on pinned tabs.

Could be, in theory.... It's been a while since then and a bunch of things changed, both in Gecko and the front end.
