Documentation updated:
- Added new page: RTCIceCredentialType
- Updated pages to reference the page above: RTCIceServer, RTCIceServer.credentialType
Submitted BCD PR 4328 to add the RTCIceCredentialType enum to BCD with data for all but Edge and Safari.
