Steps to reproduce
- Start Firefox
- Access http://edition.cnn.com/2017/03/07/vr/manila-philippines-drug-war/index.html
- Use the seekbar to jump to different points in video
Expected result
There is no visual glitch on the seekbar.
Actual result
The seekbar has parts where the color is more transparent than others.
Regression range

I can reproduce the problem on Chrome 73.0.3679.0.
I think this not a bug. The player shows buffered range as light gray bar, and unbuffered(skipped) range shows transparent gray bar.
