[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Launch the Firefox and open Browser Console (Ctrl+Shift+J or hamburger menu -> Web Developer -> Browser Console)
2. Make sure that the Browser Console has a lot of information displayed.
3. Maximize it and then minimize it.
4. Observe the scroll bar.

[Expected result]:

• The scroll bar is at the bottom of the page, where it was while in maximized mode.

[Actual result]:
-The scroll bar is at the middle of the window or in the upper part of it.

[Regression range]:

• I don't think this is a regression, I can reproduce the issue on builds from 2013, but if there is a regression I will try to find it as soon as possible.
