Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, open the devTools inspector;
2. Inspect any element in any webpage;
3. In the rules section, scroll down until the [Filter rules containing this element] symbol is displayed;

*ex: textBoxes on https://www.facebook.com/

Expected result

• The symbol is visible;

Actual result

• The symbol is changed to black, making it hard to notice;

Regression range

• 66.0b1_DevEd not affected;
• only the DevEdition/aurora branch is affected by this;

Hi. I'm not sure when the regression was introduced, it could be in bug 1521340 or earlier.

While I wasn't aware of the regression, this is incidentally fixed in bug 1522041 (landed 3 days ago). Since the merge day is tuesday, I think the fix might make it to DevEdition 66b3 automatically? Or do we need to request landing it to beta/devedition?
