[Affected versions]: - latest Nightly 66.0a1 - Beta 65.0b5 - Release 64.0.3 [Affected platforms]: - Windows 10 x64 - Windows 7 x32 - Mac OS X 10.13 - Ubuntu 18.04 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Pin a few tabs. 2. Right-click on one of them and click on "Select All". 3. Click on "Close Tabs". 4. Reopen the browser. [Expected result]: - A new tab is displayed. [Actual result]: - The last pinned tab is still present. [Regression range]: - I don't think this is a regression. I can still reproduce the issue on Nightly from 2018-09-29. [Additional notes]: - Please look at the attached gif.
