[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Navigate to http://www.popuptest.com/popuptest1.html.
2. Select "Options"/"Preferences" on the yellow notification bar.
3. Select "Edit Pop-Up Blocker Options".
4. Look at the "Remove Website" and "Remove All Websites" buttons from the bottom of the pop-up.
[Expected result]:
- The text is perfectly centered on the button.
[Actual result]:
- The text is not centered on the button.

I would guess bug 1493844 is the cause.

This should be fixed by addressing bug 1466817.
