[Affected platforms]: Windows 10 64bit. macOS 10.13.2 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit [Preconditions]: Have at least one unsubmitted crash report. [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox. 2. Access the about:crashes page. 3. Hover over the "Clear All" or "Submit" buttons from the "Unsubmitted Crash Reports" section. [Expected result]: The "finger pointer" is displayed. [Actual result]: The "finger pointer" is not displayed. [Additional notes]: For further information regarding this issue, please observe the attached screencast.

Reproducible with the "Clear All" button from the Submitted Crash Reports section as well.
