[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Activate NVDA or VoiceOver 
2. Launch FF.
2. Open multiple websites in new tabs.
3. Open about:performance 

[Expected result]:

- Hovering with the mouse over all the elements of the section should render the Accessibility tool to read what their designated actions.

[Actual result]:

- Hovering with the mouse over all the elements of the sections , it can be noticed that the accessibility tool does not read the "Close" button and the "Show in add-ons manager".

Please also note that NVDA or VoiceOver does not read the Dispatches information(tooltip) when hovering the mouse over an element from task manager.
