Suspect some issue in the XUL tree-related code, could be in painting as well. Looking at the pushlog, I don't see any one suspicious...

Confirmed the issue with 65.0a1 (20181206214149) on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 18.04 x64, macOS 10.13.6.
Fix verified with 67.0a1 (20190310214003) on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 18.04 x64, macOS 10.13.6.
