[Affected versions]:
-45.3.0esr, 52.0.2, 63.0.3, 64.0b14, 65.0a1(2018-12-03) 

[Affected platforms]:
- win 10x64(1803, OS Build 17134.407);

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Access about:preferences#general
3. Enable the [Show tab previews in the Windows taskbar] option;
4. Access https://www.wikipedia.org/
5. Minimize the Firefox window;
6. Click on the Firefox icon in the taskbar and hover over the Wikipedia tab;

[Expected result]:
- The tab preview image is properly displayed;

[Actual result]:
- The preview appears stretched horizontally;

[Regression range]:
- on older builds such as 32.0a1, the image was still not properly displayed and it appeared zoomed / stretched vertically;
- if you consider that it's worth running a regression check for when this change appeared let me know;


[Additional notes]:
- the image "resets" after the tab is accessed once again;
- attached screenshot with the issue on the left and displayed after clicking on it on the right;
- Windows 8.1 was not affected by this issue;
