[Affected versions]:
- Nightly 65.0a1
- Firefox 63.0.3
- Firefox 64.0b13

[Affected Platforms]:
- Windows 7 x64
- Windows 10 x64
- Mac 10.13
- Ubuntu 14.04 x64

[Prerequisites]:
- Have enough browsing history so that the Highlights section is populated.

- Be logged into a Pocket account.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and open a new tab.
2. Click the "..." button then "Saved to Pocket" for a highlights card.
3. Observe the behavior.
4. Refresh the page and observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:
- Step 3 & 4: The card is moved to pocket and appear the red pocket icon. 

[Actual results]:
- Step 3: The card icon is changed to red pocket icon.
- Step 4: The card icon is changed to visited icon.

[Regression range]:
 I will come back with the regression range as soon as possible.

[Notes]:
- The issue is reproducible highly intermittent. Please do some test with save to pocket, dismiss a card, delete from pocket and then for sure the issue is reproducible.
- Attached a screen recording of the issue.
