[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Go to https://www.bloomberg.com/ and open any article (eg. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-11-15/doctors-are-fed-up-with-being-turned-into-debt-collectors?srnd=premium-europe)
2. Scroll down to the bottom 

[Expected result]:
- No additional space is displayed below the content of the footer.

[Actual result]:
- A quite noticeable white empty space is displayed below the footer.

[Regression range]: 
- Not a regression, this behavior can be seen way back to Fx 31.0a1.

[Additional Notes]:
- The home page of the site is not affected. 
- This issue is not reproducible on Chrome, but is reproducible on Edge.

This seems fixed now (there's an infinite scrolling thing going on now).
