[Affected versions]: - Firefox 64 Beta 8 (buildID: 20181108141956) [Affected platforms]: - Windows 7 x64 - Windows 10 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Set High Contrast White/Black Theme (Right-click -> Personalize -> Colors -> High Contrast Settings). 2. Launch Firefox with a new profile. 3. Observe the Welcome Page. [Expected result]: - Welcome page is properly displayed. [Actual result]: - Welcome Page is NOT properly displayed. Please see attachment "issueWelcomepage.png" [Regression range]: - Is not a regression since the issue is reproducible on Firefox 64 Beta 3, but is NOT reproducible on Firefox 63 Beta 14 build. [Additional notes]: - This issue is reproducible ONLY on Firefox 64 Beta builds. Here, after selecting "Skip this step" option, a page with Add-ons, Private Browsing, Screenshots description is displayed. - On Firefox RC, Nightly and previous Firefox Beta (e.g: 63 Beta 5) builds, the issue is NOT reproducible: after selecting "Skip this step" option, a new tab is displayed.
