what about with other browsers? sounds like a site issue.
WFM in Nightly on mac
This issue is not reproducible on Google Chrome, however I reproduced it on Microsoft Edge.
When I try comment 0 (on macOS 10.13) I see no difference in Chrome vs Firefox. Both end on a spinner for me, not "More to watch".

The page's web console output in the two browsers varied drastically, so I would not rule out a site bug.

Cristian, are you still able to repro? Is this with a clean profile?

Yes, I reproduced it with a fresh profile on the latest nightly and Fx 64.0b8 using Windows 10 x64 and macOS 10.13.6.

PS: Other fellows reproduced it as well.

I just tried this on OS X Nightly, and it seems to work as expected. Firefox 62 ends with a spinner for me. Whatever the cause, it seems to have been fixed at least on OS X.

Does nightly work for you now?

I investigated this issue and it's reproducible for me on Mac OS X 10.13 using Fx latest nightly 67.0a1, 65.0 and 66.0b4, on Chrome and on Safari not work too.
On Windows 10 x64 using Fx latest nightly 67.0a1 and 66.0b4 not work, and on Chrome not work for me.
More links that not works:

When the video is playing and click on "Get embed code" button from video, then close the pop-up you will see that the "More to watch" list is displayed.

PS: The same behavior on Chrome.

Those pages are different than the one in the description; I don't think those have an "more to watch" feature.

This really just looks like a site issue to me.

Apologies for the delayed response - I no longer work for the BBC and so got no notification about the needinfo, and sadly am not in a position to help resolve this bug. Good luck!
