Launch Firefox. 2. Access the http://www.wicar.org/test-malware.html. 3. Restart Firefox. [Expected result]: The webpage is blocked by Safe Browsing. [Actual result]: The content is successfully displayed. [Regression range]: I don't think that this is a regression. Will investigate this asap.
