[Affected versions]: - 63.0.1 (20181030165643) - 64.0b6 (20181101155334) [Affected platforms]: - Windows 10 x64 - macOS 10.13 - Ubuntu 16.04 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Navigate to https://www.bing.com/ 2. Open the Menu dropdown 3. Click on the Settings option in order to expand the panel 4. Press long the "up" arrow from the keyboard to collapse the panel [Expected result]: - The panel collapsed, no visual glitches occurs from this action [Actual result]: - The panel collapsed, but visual glitches are triggered. [Regression range]: - I could reproduce this issue way back to Fx 30.0a1. [Additional Notes]: - Nightly is not affected by this behavior, since 61.0a1 (https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=ceac91dc08bef5d099c10dda632fc3651b23c897&tochange=26bee50f8c274bdc0a38b5a77f9991f5159bc399).
