[Affected versions]:
- 63.0.1, 64.0b6, 65.0a1 (2018-11-05);

[Affected platforms]:
- Win10, Ubuntu 16.04;

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Open devTools - storage inspector tab;
3. Observe the Filter Items search box;

[Expected result]:
- only one icon is displayed in the search box;

[Actual result]:
- both search and filter icons are displayed;

[Regression range]:
- bug 1470910 seems to have caused this;

[Additional notes]:
- attached screenshot with the issue;
- previous to this issue only the filter icon was displayed;
- issue not encountered on macOS (10.13).

Minor regression from 63, getting late for a fix in 64 but we can take a patch for 65.

Too late to fix in 64. Marking this issue as fix-optional for 65; if you land a patch in nightly and think it's low-risk for beta, please request uplift.
