[Affected versions]:
- 63.0.1, 64.0b5, 65.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
- Win 10x64, Ubuntu 16.04 

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox in windowed mode(not full screen);
2. Open devTools, Animations tab;
3. Access the following link: https://www.filmnow.ro/program
4. Grab the browser edge and move it left-right so the content re-adjusts;

[Expected result]:
- animations tab is properly displayed;

[Actual result]:
- animations tab resets;
OR
- animations tab timeline is set to NA, whole tab becomes unresponsive, selection or play attempt is unresponsive;
- the timeline speed picker is set to [-] instead of the default [1x];

[Regression range]:
- due to the nature of the bug being intermittent, cannot get a fully accurate regression range;
- bug 1471935 also affecting the range check;
- spent a few good minutes on 58.0b7 but was unable to reproduce the issue

[Additional notes]:
- attached screenshot recording with the issue;
- recording was made with a fresh profile, other than the STR no extra conditions where needed;
- while trying to reproduce on macOS the animations where set on resume and started the timeline play;

Another possible issue is the fact that in one case the bottom bar turned black; but that might just be a side-effect of this issue.
