[Affected versions]: - 62.0.3 , 63.0b13, 64.0a1 (2018-10-11) [Affected platforms]: - Ubuntu 16.04 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile; 2. Turn on the Tracking Protection / Content blocking feature-option; 3. Access any webpage with trackers, ex: https://www.reddit.com/ 4. Grab the browser and drag it to right; 5. Hover the mouse over the back button; 6. Left click and move up-down. [Expected result]: - after step 5: mouse icon should remain to the default one; - after step 6: dropdown "jumps" up-down, is broken; [Actual result]: - after step 5: mouse icon changes to the resize one; - after step 6: nothing; [Regression range]: - not a regression; - introduced with bug 1462468 - implementation of feature; [Additional notes]: - attached screen recording with the issue; - for content blocking, the block 3rd party cookies option needs to be checked as well; - summary can be updated if both issues can be fixed here or another bug needs to be open for one of them;
