[Affected versions]:
- 63.0b9 devED, 58.1, 62.0.2, 64.0a1 (2018-09-25), 
[Affected platforms]:
- windows 7, windows 10 

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch firefox;
2. Access the following website: https://www.ebay.com/
3. Click on the All-categories or any other dropdown-menu;
4. Press Ctrl + or Ctrl - on the keyboard (zoom in-out)

[Expected result]:
- dropdown menu is closed;

[Actual result]:
- menu is still visible;
- on win7 it's in the same position;
- on win10 it follows the parent menu;

[Regression range]:
- not looking like a regression managed to reproduce on older builds, like 45.0a2 (2015-12-23)devEd


[Additional notes]:
- it might just be a website issue in the end; 
- macOS, Ubuntu does not zoom at all while the dropdown menu is open;

We draw these things differently on different OSes. I'm not sure this is a bug and I'm not sure where it should live ...
