[Affected platforms]: - Win 10 x64 - Ubuntu 16.04 - macOS 10.13.06 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Connect to the mozilla vpn. 2. Go to https://settings-writer.stage.mozaws.net/v1/admin and login using your LDAP credentials. 3. Scroll down to the "main-workspace" bucket and click on the "product-integrity" section. 4. Create a new record and add a title to it(no attachment) and save it. [Expected result]: - The user can't create records without attachments. [Actual result]: - The record is created without any issues. [Note]: - This results in the disappearance of the table containing all the created records. - The issue can also be found in GIT at the following links: https://github.com/Kinto/kinto-admin/issues/607 https://github.com/Kinto/kinto-admin/issues/561

Fixed in Kinto Admin 1.22 deployed in PROD
