- 63.0b6, 64.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
- win 10;
- will check for other OS as soon as account login is possible again;

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch firefox;
2. Paste in any chat the following link https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6trkhe
3. wait for load;
4. click on the video play buttons;
5. click on the watch/ on cookie confirmation message;
6. click on the paperPlane button;
7. click on the embed option;

[Expected result]:
- a new tab is open, embed content is properly displayed;

[Actual result]:
- new tab is empty;
- only body tags are displayed;

[Regression range]:
- will check asap, account login currently locked; 

[Additional notes]:
- attached screenshot with the issue;
- happens with a new profile;
- after a restart/refresh the issue was no longer reproducible;
- sound from the video was still played;

For me, this failed due to tracking protection being on. Alphan Chen got the same experience on Ubuntu.

On the plus side, I now have a Telegram account :)

I've tested the issue and was not able to reproduce it on a clean profile, regardless if Tracking Protection is Strict or Basic.

The issue is no longer reproducible, verified with current nightly and  63.0.1.
