[Affected versions]:
- 63.0b6, 64.0a1 (2018-09-09), 62.0

[Affected platforms]:
- Win10, macOS 10.13

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch firefox;
2. Access https://www.reddit.com/r/videos
3. Click on any video and hold the mouse over the youtube icon

[Expected result]:
- video starts playing, the youtube icon is no longer displayed

[Actual result]:
- the youtube logo is displayed until mouse  is moved away or in some cases, click issued somewhere else;

[Regression range]:
- will check for/if a regression asap

[Additional notes]:
- attached recording with the issue;
- somewhat intermittent,sometimes tricky to notice/trigger;
- in some cases it only works the very 1st time the video is played;
I do not have it in latest Nightly. Checked on macOS and win10.
Try with a new profile, and on a machine I was only able to reproduce it on the main page; not the videos sub-section.
Hope these help.
I was able to repro it with only one of the first couple of videos on https://www.reddit.com/r/videos. And reloading the page resulted in the same behavior. On most videos the icon disappeared right away, or got replaced with the loading circle. But on one video the icon stayed after the initial click and disappeared only together with the other video controls on the bottom of the video element.

Would be interesting if it's really caused by a regression in Firefox. I'm guessing this is more likely somehow related to YouTube's JS code.

I tried but couldn't reproduce the error, any chance for an update cause it may seem this is already fixed

After a re-check, the issue no longer reproduces; so probably Nils's assessment was spot-on back at that time.
Since with the current RC build 76.0.1 appears to work fine, closing the bug as WFM.

Can re-open if the issue surfaces again.
Thanks for the feedback and the poke! ^^
