[Preconditions]:
- Change Windows theme to "Windows Classic".

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Change Firefox theme to "Dark".
3. Click on "Open menu".

[Expected result]:
- Disabled options text are displayed correctly.

[Actual result]:
- Disabled options text is blurry (e.g Restore Previous Session).

[Regression range]:
- It doesn't seem to be a regression since the bug is reproducible on a build from (BuildId 20180323221725) when the "open menu" color was first changed to black on dark theme option.
