[Affected versions]: - 63.0b5 (BuildID 20180910132416) - 62.0 (BuildID 20180830143136) - 64.0a1 (BuildID 20180912220514) [Affected platforms]: - Windows 7 x64 [Preconditions]: - Change Windows theme to "Windows Classic". [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox. 2. Change Firefox theme to "Dark". 3. Click on "Open menu". [Expected result]: - Disabled options text are displayed correctly. [Actual result]: - Disabled options text is blurry (e.g Restore Previous Session). [Regression range]: - It doesn't seem to be a regression since the bug is reproducible on a build from (BuildId 20180323221725) when the "open menu" color was first changed to black on dark theme option. [Additional notes]: -see the attached screenshot.

Resolving this bug as WONTFIX because Firefox versions >= 116 do not support Windows 7
