- windows 10x64, macOS 10.13

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox with a fresh profile;
2. Turn on tracking protection / Content blocking form the 3bar menu;
3. Access any website that has trackers; ex: https://www.reddit.com/
4. Click on the Next button, from the pop-up;
5. Click on the Show Site information button from the address bar;
6. Click on the Next button (tracking tour)

[Expected result]:
- step 3 is displayed

[Actual result]:
- all dropdowns/popups are closed

[Regression range]:
- not a regression;
- added with 1462468 - Add a tracking protection option to the hamburger menu

- edge case, low impact;
- not reproducible on Ubuntu 16.04LTS;

:cfogel, these STR don't produce the content blocking tour for me anymore. Can you confirm if this is still an issue?

I can still reproduce the issue with 65.0a1 (2018-11-06) - Win10.
