[Preconditions]
Enable the following machine_only policies under the HKEY_CURRENT_USER:

WebsiteFilter
Homepage
Extensions

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Open the Browser Console.

[Expected result]:
A GPOParser error is shown, displaying that the enabled policies (in the preconditions) are allowed only under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE root.

[Actual result]:
No errors are displayed in the Browser Console and the machine_only policies are successfully enabled under HKEY_CURRENT_USER.

[Notes]
This issue is not reproducible using the following machine_only policies:

DisableAppUpdate
DisableSystemAddonUpdate
DisableTelemetry
OverrideFirstRunPage
OverridePostUpdatePage

It doesn't work for any policy that has children. Appears to be a bug in the machine_only code.

This issue is verified fixed using Firefox 63.0a1 (BuildId:20180831100058) on Windows 10 64bit.
